The Lakeville Athletics Town Baseball Team, founded in 2000, plays in the Cannon Valley League.

The Cannon Valley League teams are the Apple Valley Millers, Burnsville Bobcats, Eagan Bandits, Lakeville Athletics, Rosemount Black Sox and the Savage Outlaws. The top two teams from the CVL (Class B, Section 5) qualify for the state tournament. The 2008 State Tournament will be held in Chaska and Shakopee.
